Named Partner of the law firm, member of the Bar since 1966, Mr. Lucio Piombi, admitted to practice in the higher courts since 1980, has recently qualified also as a company conciliator.

Having practised criminal law for years, today he advices in particular on family law related matters.

The law firm was established in 1970 in the city center of Bergamo and in 1974 it moved on the main road which connects the city center to the High City, Vial Vittorio Emanuele 4, on the corner with Via Tasca.

Mr. Lucio Piombi has always been practicing both civil and criminal law and for more than 30 years has been attended disputes in family law, probate and personal injuries.

In his profession, Mr. Piombi is supported by a group of well prepared lawyers,  who attended different areas of law, like company law, banking law, credit recovery, property and leasing law.  Recently, a new practice has been developed by Giulia, Mr. Piombi’s daughter, who after having worked for many years with the international law firm Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners in Rome and London, spent a year in Singapore specializing in international contracts. She also holds a double LL.M. from the New York University and the National University of Singapore.

In the law firm many young lawyers have developed into well affirmed practitioners.

Core objective of the firm is to take care of the single client in a careful and prompt way, trying to solve issues out of court as far as possible. For this reason Mr. Piombi recently specialized in alternative dispute resolution and in particular, conciliation.

Apart from Italian, the firm also works in English and Spanish.

Mr. Piombi is a member of APE (Associazione Periti ed Esperti – Experts and Consultants Association) and he is also the president of ANAC (Associazione Nazionale Arma dei Cavallieri – The Cavallery Army National Association.

Mr. Piombi is also member of the wine jurists association. In addition, he is a journalist and is very passionate about good cuisine, bush walking and dogs.

The law firm is located in a very central position, very close to the tribunal and is very easy to reach by public transports and by car, with many parking places always available.
